Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at VIVIASKIN. We are dedicated to ensuring your skincare products reach you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer various delivery options to suit your needs, including:

  • Standard Shipping (typically 3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (typically 2–3 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping (available on qualifying orders, as advertised on our site)

(Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may incur additional transit time).

3. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping only. Expedited shipping is not available for these destinations.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Because skincare products are delicate, we take great care in packaging your order. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at viviaskinstl@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

VIVIASKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and tracking information for the customer to investigate with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified immediately. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
