At VIVIASKIN, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality skincare products. Due to the personal nature of our products and our commitment to safety and hygiene, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for general returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beauty@viviaskin.us with your order number and photos of the item. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will have 14 days to return the item to us. We will review your case and work with you to provide a replacement or store credit where applicable.
