VIVIASKIN is committed to making viviaskin.us accessible and usable for all customers, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, evaluate against WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical, and review new content and features for accessibility as the site evolves.

What we do

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link on every page
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and product photography
  • Motion on the site respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting — ambient videos pause and animations are disabled
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and controls with visible focus states
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interactive elements

Third-party services

Some parts of the shopping experience — such as checkout, payment options, and embedded services — are provided by third parties, including Shopify. We choose providers that support accessibility, but their features are not always within our control. If a barrier in any part of the experience prevents you from completing a purchase, contact us and we will help you complete it another way.
